- Acknowledgment Of Agency Disclosure
The South Carolina Real Estate License Law, in Section 40-57-139 (A) (1) and (2), requires a real estate licensee to provide you this brochure and a meaningful explanation of agency relationships offered by the licensee's company. This must be done at the first practical opportunity when you and the licensee have substantive contact.

- Agreement to Buy And Sell Real Estate Residential
This agreement covers the following:

- Designated Agency Agreement
The Broker acts as Agent for both, Buyer and Seller. Broker shall designate one or more associated licensees from the Brokerage to represent Seller and one or more associated licensees from the Brokerage to represent Buyer.


Seller and Buyer agree that Broker shall serve as both Seller's agent and Buyer's agent in the sale of Seller's property to Buyer in accordance with Section 40-57-137(M)(1) of the South Carolina Code of Laws, which provides in part that "...in acting as a dual agent, a licensee represents clients whose interest may be adverse and that agency duties are limited."


- Exclusive Right to Buy Buyer Agency Contract
Appoints Broker as Buyer's exclusive agent, subject to the terms and conditions stated in contract. By appointing Broker as Buyer's exclusive agent, Buyer agrees to conduct all negotiations for the types of perperty described in Section 2 through Broker and refer to Broker all inquires made to Buyer about such properties from other brokers, salespersons, sellers and others during the term of contract.


- Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement Listing Agreement
Grants real estate company or Broker the sole and exclusive right to sell the real property listed in the agreement.


- Residential Seller's Property Disclosure
South Carolina Code of Laws Title 27 Chapter 50 Article I requires that beginning January 1, 2003, an owner of residential estate (single-family homes and buildings with up to four fwelling units) shall provide to a purchaser this property condition disclosure statement which must be completed prior to signing a contract of sale.
