The Jim Mills Team is pleased to announce a Referral Contest to thank our friends and associates for your business and referrals.

The rules are simple. The person who submits the most referrals, with a minimum of 3 referrals, to The Jim Mills Team between September 1, 2006 and May 1, 2007 will win the condo for a week. In the event there is a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the winner. The referrals can be sellers who list there property or buyers who go under contract with The Jim Mills Team on or before May 1, 2007.

The week is for June 8, 2007 and is a 2 bedroom condo with a pull out couch that sleeps 6 private and 8 total.

If you have a relative or friend in another area that has a real estate need, I will personally contact an agent in their area to assist them.

I only refer to agents that have attained their CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) Designation. This is a small, elite group (approximately 4% of all licensed real estate agents) nationwide.

I want to thank you for your business and referrals as this is a great compliment to my team and me. We take this trust you place with us very seriously, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are not disappointed.
